Delivery method and freight borne

Supports a variety of express delivery methods such as UPS/FedEx/DHL etc.,and customer door-to-door pickup. Freight is borne by the customer

Delivery time and order tracking

Stock orders will be processed at Shen Zhen Kua Yang Sheng Tai Trading Co, Ltd. after receiving your payment. Orders usually take 2-3 days to process before shipping.

For multi-model orders, packages will be shipped once all items are ready for shipment

Once your order has been picked up by the Courier company, you will receive an email notification with order tracking information and you can check the logistics status of your order via email.

Delayed delivery

1. Special instructions are included on the order
2. New customer orders require security verification or address verification
3. Credit cards have security issues
4. The account has credit problems
5. Further review of import and export compliance in relevant countries or regions
Change Shipping/Billing Address

If you need to change the order address, please contact customer service to update the order number and new address information.

If your order has already been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address change will be successful, so please carefully check the address information before submitting the order. If the package has already arrived in the destination country, you can try to contact the local courier or post office directly to change the delivery address.

Note: Address changes may incur additional fees, and all extra costs should be borne by the customer.
