1. Eligibility and Accounts

  • B2B Eligibility: By purchasing products through this website, you represent and warrant that you are purchasing on behalf of a business or legal entity and that you are at least 18 years of age.

  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

2. Orders and Contract Formation

  • Order is Not a Contract: After you submit an order, our sending of an "order confirmation email" does not mean that we have accepted the order. A binding sales contract is formed between us only when we ship the product and send a "shipping confirmation email".

  • Right to Reject Orders: We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:

    • The product price is incorrect or the information is erroneous;

    • The product is actually out of stock (even if shown as available on the website);

    • We find that you may be involved in fraud, unauthorized transactions, or violation of export control regulations;

    • You fail to provide valid B2B qualification documentation (if applicable).

  • Order Cancellation and Refund: If we cancel an order, we will issue a full refund through the original payment method without any additional compensation.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Pricing: All prices are denominated in [currency, e.g., RMB/USD] and are exclusive of taxes. Taxes, duties, and shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Price Changes: Prices are subject to change without notice. However, the price of shipped orders will not be affected by subsequent changes.

  • Payment Methods: We accept TT (telegraphic transfer). For large B2B orders, we may require a deposit or offer a credit account (a separate agreement is required).

  • Export Control: Some electronic components may be subject to Chinese and international export control laws and regulations (e.g., EAR – Export Administration Regulations).   • Delivery Time: The estimated shipping/delivery time shown on the page is an estimate and does not constitute a guarantee. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events such as transportation delays, customs inspections, natural disasters, etc.

  • Transfer of Title and Risk:

    • Electronic Delivery (e.g., software, programming services): Title and risk transfer to you upon completion of delivery.

    • Physical Products: When we deliver the product to the carrier, the risk of loss or damage to the product transfers to you. Title transfers only after you have paid the full amount.

6. Returns and Refunds
